Asset Library

The Asset Library in cmercury allows users to upload, organize, and manage their marketing assets in a centralized location. It enables the creative team to store images conveniently, reuse them across multiple campaigns, and streamline the campaign workflow by providing quick and easy access during setup.

Accessing the Asset Library

Click on the Asset Library option from the main menu to access the Asset Library

Key Features of the Asset Library

📁 Folder Structure

• The left pane displays master folders and subfolders created within the account.
• Users can create new folders as needed to organize assets efficiently.
• Clicking on a folder showcases the images stored within it.
• Hovering over an image provides the following actions:
  • 🔗 Copy Link – Copy the hosted link of the file for sharing.
  • 👁 Preview File – View the file before using it in campaigns.
  • 🗑 Delete File – Permanently remove the file from the Asset Library.

🔍 Search and Sort

• Search: Use the search bar to find images quickly by name.
• Sort: Arrange images based on:
  • File Name (alphabetical order)
  • Recency of file upload (newest to oldest)

📑 View Options

Users can toggle between two view formats:

• Icon View (Default) – Displays thumbnails/icons of the files.
• List View – Shows file names along with additional details such as the upload date.

📤 Uploading Files

The Upload option allows users to drag and drop files or browse and upload images from their computer.

• Supported Formats: JPG, PNG, JPEG.

By organizing your assets in the Asset Library, you can streamline your marketing efforts and quickly access the files needed for your campaigns.
